Kursus ini bermula pada 24 Mac hingga 26Mac 2010 . Peserta yang terlibat terdiri daripada Pengerusi, Naib Pengurusi serta Setiausaha Kelab dan Persatuan serta Badan Beruniform sekolah. Kursus ini dianjurkan bersama SMKPC! dan UMK . Jumlah peserta kursus ialah seramai 115 orang .
